ERYRI NATIONAL PARK (SNOWDONIA)
Hey everyone! 🌟 Recently, I shared a video highlighting the importance of defibrillators in my hometown.
I was in Snowdonia, North Wales, ready for another adventure. But as a Deaf hiker, I face a challenge: making an EMERGENCY CALL to 999. While I can easily access the defibrillator by pointing to the box number, entering the pin code, and opening the doorknob, I urge for a crucial improvement: 📣 ensuring accessibility for Deaf individuals who can't hear or understand on the phone when dialling 999.
Remember, Deaf people can save hearing lives too! Let's work together to ensure that everyone, regardless of hearing ability, can access life-saving resources in emergencies.
Spread the word and let's make a difference! 💪
