🏥 Posters with QR Codes – But What About BSL Access?

In a past freelance role, I saw a hospital using posters with 9 QR codes: each linking to info on:
+ Stroke
+ Diabetes
+ Dyslexia
+ Cancer
…and other health topics.
But the linked websites were only in English, and there was no sign language support.
▶️ See an example of how AR can add sign language access (from 00:27):
I’m not involved in upgrades or AR development now, but I believe we need to think more about:
📱 Mobile signposting
🧏♂️ BSL video support
🌍 Real-world access, not just on desktops
With the European Accessibility Act (EAA) coming into force on June 28, I hope more organisations will take sign language inclusion seriously.
